Once Upon a God (the "Service") is operated by Purple Passage ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy one of our products, you are contracting with Purple Passage. By continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms.

What we offer

A free online storybook of Indian deities with stories, facts and a quiz, plus optional paid digital products such as our printable storybook PDF (see pricing).

Using the Service

You must be of legal age to make a purchase, or have a parent or guardian do so. You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or spammy;
• infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property;
• interfere with security, introduce malware, probe, or scrape the Service;
• resell, redistribute or publicly share paid products.

Ownership and licence

We own the Service and its content, including text, illustrations, design and branding. Buying a digital product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and print it for your family, classroom or personal use.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our refund policy.

Availability

We do our best to keep the Service running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is provided "as is", without implied warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
